I started working at Back to Back when I was 20 years old. I am now 36 and still learning and developing my skillset every day. It is a place where the learning opportunities are endless. Back to Back is a place where all of your efforts are greatly rewarded through the satisfaction of helping clients, but also being part of a team that supports you every step of the way. It’s a place where you can enjoy something new and different every day, no two days are ever the same. I highly recommend this business as a place to work for many reasons. I have been working for Back to Back since June 2006, 16 years now.  Back to Back is a fantastic company to work at if you are driven and motivated to learn and succeed.  I was lucky enough to progress through the office ultimately now being the Practice Manager.  Back to Back is fast passed and can be hard at times juggling the priorities and meeting some deadlines, however it is probably one of the most rewarding jobs anyone could have.   Great place to work and be treated like one of the family, the clients are absolutely amazing and there isn’t any shortage of learning opportunities or career advancement.
